Order Processing Time
Most of our orders ship within 3-6 business days anywhere in New Zealand from the moment your credit card is approved (excluding weekends and national holidays).
Urgent 48 hrs deliveries can be arranged for most items.
International Delivery
We use New Zealand Post for all international deliveries. International delivery normally takes 5-7 business days, but may take longer during holiday times (e.g.: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc). Shipping and handling charge is based solely on the weight of your parcel.
Tracking
Tracking codes are provided for each parcel shipped via NZ Posts, which makes them "trackable" via NZ Post website.
